Based on traditional Japanese techniques, the Hotaru Mini is made from handcrafted washi-paper applied to a framework of bamboo cane. The lantern sits on a hand forged cast iron base ensuring stability without occupying much space. The high quality Japanese paper casts a gentle diffused warm light and the delicate looking cane structure provides remarkable shape and strength. The Hotaru Mini is designed by Barber Osgerby.
