Returns & Exchanges
We offer a straightforward return process for items purchased through our online store, provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached within 28 days of receipt. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
Notify and Authorize
Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed returns form, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.
Dispatch the Shipment
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.
